# General Options doesn't include static page option

When I look at the tutorial to update the homepage, the options listed are different than what I see. Your tutorial has:  
Preloader  
Logo  
Contact Details  
Footer Details  
Site Identity  
Static Front Page

My General Options shows:  
Header  
Preloader  
Logo  
404 Page  
Footer

How do I get the options shown in the tutorial?
