Gentelella is date time is fixed with a name and id and formatting.

Hi Help,
I am using the gentelella and I notice this codes below.I notice if I change this reservation-time to another name the calendar fail to appears. Secondly is how to format the the date to dd/mm/yyyyy? Thank you.
