my page loads some javascript and so on from https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js
I don’t use google maps and would like a way to remove the code. It is always loading last and not chached, so it is costing some load time.
Is there an easy way to delete it?

The theme doesn’t include any Google map.
Have you added it in the theme code?
This can be due to any plugin adding it on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
