Please deactivate all your third party plugins and then check again, also, make sure you are using latest version of the theme

i have deactivated all plugins except the Shapely companion - using v1.2.8

Do you think the problem is that i am running WordPress 4.0.29?

The other issue that i see is:
You cannot update because WordPress 5.3.2 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.

Well, indeed, that might be the problem, please update it to the latest version
Also, I cant see plugins and themes only with this user role

HI There. As soon as the server admin upgraded PHP to 7.4. I am now unable to even see wp-admin.php to login. (HTTP ERROR 500)

Via FTP i was able to open the error log and noticed these errors (shown in the attachment).

is the theme not exactly compatible with PHP 7.4 perhaps? any thoughts/help is greatly appreciated.

No, it’s not compatible to the latest version of PHP, so, please downgrade it

It supports version 7.0, we did not test version above this

Just wanted to let you know that upgrading PHP to 7.0 and Wordpress to 5.4 fixed the issue. Thanks for your help!
