Header height

Hi - I am trying to reduce the height in the header (too much white space)

I deactivated the logo and put the 2 images and text phone number in the header.php file. When I try to reduce the height on header#branding or div.container.clearfix, it messes up the mobile version. I’ve already reduced the padding on the .hgroup-wrap area to 0px.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
