Header image disapeared after update

Hello
First of all let me say a big thanks for your nice and clean theme!

Problem: http://ppinkydolls.com/
After my last update the header image disapeared
my custom css is:

.woocommerce .woocommerce-info, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-info, .woocommerce .woocommerce-error, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-error {
border-top: 3px solid #f23e80;
}
.woocommerce .woocommerce-info:before, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-info:before, .woocommerce .woocommerce-error:before, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-error:before {
background-color: #f23e80;
}

div.woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs li.additional_information_tab {
	display: none!important;
}
.woocommerce .woocommerce-message, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-message {
border-top: 3px solid #f23e80;
}
.woocommerce .woocommerce-message:before, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-message:before {
background-color: #f23e80;
}
.nav.navbar-nav {
float: left;
margin-top: 25px;
}
.navbar-toggle {
background-color: #b7a5e8;
}
.navbar-default .navbar-toggle .icon-bar {
background-color: #FFF;
}
#colophon {
background-image: url("http://ppinkydolls.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/footer.jpg");
padding: 74px 0;
border-top: 1px solid #fff;
}
.nav.navbar-nav {
margin-top: 50px;
margin-left: 10px;
}

i added

.site-title, .site-description {
position: relative;
}

and managed to make it visible again but the theme no longer allows me to have the image of my choice, instead it keeps using the cropped versions

my original logo has 600 px width but i cannot skip crop to use my original image.

any suggestions?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

The homepage is missing. Did you remove it on purpose?

If not, please go to Settings > Reading and reassign the homepage.

Best Regards,
Support

Hello again
thanks for the quick responce

The homepage is already set:
homepage

I think the problem so far is that when i upload a header i cannot skip cropping like i used to
Here the original image is 600px x 189
image

The resulting image is 300px and i cannot control the size of the image

Thank you again.

Hey there,

Glad it’s working again.
I noticed the logo is a bit high up, you can use the following CSS to lower it if you wish.

/*lower logo*/
#logo > span > a > img{
  position:relative;
  top: 4vh;
}

Best regards,
Support.
