The header img Ive uploaded is not showing up on any of the pages? I can just see the grey background.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The grey background is not related to Header image but it is just a page title.
Currently the header image is not displayed anywhere which is a known issue as reported in the following page and will be fixed in the future version of theme.
