Good morning!
I hope you’re all well at colorlib.
I have recently made various changes to my website, still using Illdy (which I love - thank you) and installing Woocommerce. I was really pleased it all looked to be working OK. Then I found that my ‘view basket’ button wasn’t responding. So I had to work backward to find out what I did to have affected it. It was a frustrating day as I had just boosted a facebook post in the hope of driving people to the websie and to buy!
So I’m posting this (a) to flag this up for others in case you go down the same route but also (b) in case there is a simple solution.
I reduced my header size using:
body:not(.home) header#header {
height: 375px;
}
So this pushed the box that pops up saying “[product] has been added to your basket - view basket” But the button link/functionality hadn’t followed - it only worked on a product that had a longer title and so the box was still in the expect woocommerce position. I had also hiddened the woocommerce sidebar and made the product full screen, so there wasn’t the additional ‘view basket’ button at the side.
I can stick with the full header size that comes with Illdy. But if there is an easy solution, I’d be happy hear that.
Many thanks
Have a good day
Irena
