Header won't stay fixed over 1008px width, works with tablet and phone mode

Hi

I’ve tried many css codes, but Site Identity bar / header won’t stay fixed in desktop mode (over 1008px width) .
Fixed header works in tablet and phone mode (under 1009px width).

When I open my web page with inspection tab(over 1008px width):
<nav id=“site-navigation” class=“main-navigation outOfSight fixed scrolled” role=“navigation”>
If I change page width to 1008px or less, this line changes to:
<nav id=“site-navigation” class=“main-navigation” role=“navigation”>
And header dissapears. As i would like it to be.

How to proceed?

I made video:

Things are working unitl I make window over 1008 px width then header won’t disappear. I want header to stay hidden.

After clearing cache nothing changed.
