Help please, bought a temaplate, what to do?

Hi,

I have bough a bog template (miniblog) from Colorlib in order to run my blog.
I downloaded the files but all I see is template posts, template pics etc.

What shall I do to have the possibility to change the photos, add new blog posts etc.?
Is there any admin panel where I can add new posts with my photos?

it’s not a dynamic template, there is no backend or content management system because it’s an HTML template.

Well, its basically up to you, its an HTML template and you need to design and develop it the way you want
