Do not worry you have not lost anything.
To restore your site just access your site using FTP and cPanel file manager then delete the theme directory on your server /wp-content/themes/shapely/
After deleting and accessing your site please reinstall the theme by using the solutions posted in the following topic to resolve the above mentioned issue.
