Hide Post Titles and Excerpt

Hello (again),

I am looking, but can’t seem to find a way to hide the post title and/or excerpt on the home page or on category pages. My featured images have the titles, so it’s a bit redundant. I do not want to hide the title in the actual post, however. Can this be done on a page or category level?

See example here: http://www.howdareshe.org/category/5-things/ or in the screenshot

THANK YOU!

Hi @jessismore,

Thank you for your another question.

You can try achieving this by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Travelify Other Options

body.blog .entry-header .entry-title,
body.archive .entry-header .entry-title {
    display: none;
}

body.blog #content .entry-content,
body.archive #content .entry-content {
    display: none;
}

Best Regards,
Movin

Thank you. Will this suppress display on all pages (e.g. homepage and category page), or just the category page?

It will only suppress display on home / blog page and archive pages like category & tag pages.

This worked and looks great, thank you!

You are most welcome here :slight_smile:
