home page not mobile responsive

Hello

I’ve noticed that my home page is not mobile responsive/not displaying the Shapely theme. Works fine on desktop and ipad.

Any advice on what could be causing this? website is http://www.lidiadopera.com.au/

I’ve uploaded an image of how the page renders. Also to note I’ve cleared the browser cache with no success.

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

This is the Jetpack mobile theme. To disable the Mobile Theme, go to Jetpack -> Settings -> Writing tab and scroll down to the Theme Enhancements and the “Optimize your site for smartphones” option and turn that off.

Hello

Thank you for your response. I had seen a post on disabling the Jetpack optimise for smartphones function and had done that prior to this support request.

I have just checked it and it is definitely disabled. Any other suggestions?

Have you cleared your phone’s browser cache? I just tested it from my phone and it’s displaying your site perfectly.

Kindly attempt that and see if it works.

Hello

Thank you, I can now see the home page displaying correctly.

Another question for you. On the projects sections on the home page, on both tablet and phone, the text overlay is not displaying over the image.

It is displaying correctly on desktop.

Are you able to assist on this one?
