Hello,

I’m trying to edit the homepage widgets in the customizer, but when I go to edit the widgets I get the following message:

There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.

How can I fix this, please?

I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Shapely theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Can you access the widgets from widgets screen on the following path?

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Widgets

Thank you! I disabled all of them and reactivated one by one. I was using a plugin to display playlists, which was the conflict.
