I have two questions about my homepage. 1) How do I change the meta description/snippet that shows up under the link in search results? 2) Can I delete this page or remove it from being seen by search engines? I searched by website on google and kimballandkedzie.com/home came up and it says “page not found”. I use my blog post as my home page so I don’t actually need a formal home page. You can change it using this plugin Yoast SEO – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org as described on the following page.

2) Can I delete this page or remove it from being seen by search engines?

Using the above plugin you can request search engine not to index that page as described on the following page.
