home sidebar section and footer not showing

Hi,
I received Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/XXXXXXXX/wp-content/themes/shapely/inc/widgets/widget-home-clients.php line 65 when uploading the website to the server.
I removed the [ ] and got the website up and running, but now the home sidebar section and the footer don’t show. If I activate another theme, it shows. I have tried to update with the latest shapely version, but it did not help.

Some how all the widgets in the starting Home Sidebar Section and footers are under inactive widgets when child theme activated. How can I fix this?

I ended up dragging each widget back to it’s place and hopefully they will stay in place :slight_smile:
