Also, is there an option to allow html within the Parallax Sections? There are many sections that I feel need to add line breaks, or even links.
You can achieve this by using custom plugin solution shared in the following topic.

This plugin deletes the existing parallax widget and adds new parallax widget having extra functionality so please read the new parallax widget in the Homepage widget area and configure it.
