How can I change the size of the Header Image(Logo)?

Hi,

I want to change the size of the Header Image. At the moment it is always 300 × 66 and it crops on it. I need a bigger image. I want to have it like the Activello Theme I already changed the code that the header is not more shown in the menu. But cant change the Size of the Image.
