Hi Movin,

My website [http://souperdiaries.com/](http://souperdiaries.com/) has been really slow lately and it seems like one of the plugins that I’m using (EasyRecipePlus) is one of the main culprits.

Is it possible to customize a built-in recipe into this theme? If not, does Colorlib have any theme that has a built in recipe coding? I’m not sure what it’s called. Meaning, I can do away with a recipe plugin as I want to minimize the plugins on my site. I have 17 active plugins at the moment and I’m trying to eliminate the unnecessary ones.

Btw, would the speed of Activello theme be faster than Dazzling?

Yvonne

Hi Yvonne,

Thank you for your questions.

> How can I speed up my website?

As described on the following page.

> Is it possible to customize a built-in recipe into this theme?

Yes but you have to develop custom code to achieve this.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Colorlib recommends the developer [https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5](https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5)

> If not, does Colorlib have any theme that has a built in recipe coding?

Currently we don’t have any such theme.

> Btw, would the speed of Activello theme be faster than Dazzling?

Not much difference it depends on the content.

Best Regards,
Movin
