How can one add js to the `<a>` like`<a href="" onclick="Calendly.initPopupWidget({url: 'Calendly - Sam'});return false;">Click here Speak directly to one of our consultants</a>`.

I need to add `onclick=“Calendly.initPopupWidget({url: ‘Calendly - Sam’});return false;”` to some anchors under ‘Services Section’ and to a button in ‘Jumborton Section’

How can I do that?
