How Do I Make the About and Services section Smaller after Widgets are Inactive

Hello,

I recently removed the widget break down of percentages in the company’s About Me section and am wondering how to make the section shrink in size as it is larger than needed now that the widgets are gone (or is this happening to the About Me section’s size because the widgets are inactive?)
