Thanks for keeping in touch.
The theme uses the wp_nav_menu() function within that menu section as defined in the theme’s function.php. You will need to customize the menu classes to achieve the display you want here. You can also find some of the class definitions within the class-wp-bootstrap-navwalker.php fileunder the sparkling>inc folder.
Kindly note that we do not provide support for customization requests.
