How to add banner below call-to-action bar

Not sure if this is a duplicate post, but wondering how to add a banner (720px) below the call-to-action bar. I have removed the flexslider on homepage.

Hi Movin,

No, I was actually looking to add a banner below the call-to-action bar (there was another post below the navigation yet above the call-to-action). At this time, however, I will stick with adding a banner below the navigation. We can discard this post.
