How to add call-to-action bar below navgation bar

I am thinking of removing the flexslider on front page. Once this is done, is it possible to add the call-to-action bar below navigation/header area?

Hi there!

For those wishing to have call-to-action bar under navigation (with slider removed), the following was implemented:

  1. Disable slider via Appearance>Theme Options>Main (DO NOT select “check if you want to enable slider”)
  2. Enable call-to-action bar via Appearance>Theme Options>Action Button (just type text intended for call-to-action and customise as you wish)
