How to add Search button next to the social icons in Travelify theme

Hi,

Can you please tell me how to add a Search button to the right of the social icons in the Travelify theme? I have searched the forum but found only answers related to the other themes.

Yes, but I can only add the Search widget to the nav bar as you can see here www.cubacustomtours.com

How can I add the search widget above the nav bar and to the far right of the site logo/text area?
That’s the area where you have the social icons (I have not activated those yet). How can I add a search funtionn to the right of the social icons?

I think it is possible because this site movingto.dk has it at top right and they use the travelify theme.

You can try achieving this by using the attached custom child theme of Travelify theme that contains some custom code.

Hi again,

Interestingly, it renders well and shows in IE and Firefox browsers BUT not in Chrome. Any idea why that might be?

I have tested it on Google chrome browser and it is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please advise.

Yeah, I see that and I can the same on other computers but not the one I mainly use myself. Alright thanks again. I’ll check it out; might be a cache issue.
