I would like to add a Mailchimp subscription form right above the comment section of every post on my blog. Where do I paste the code?

If you have shortcode then just paste it in the end of post content.

To achieve that you have to develop child theme of Dazzling theme and overwrite in it single post page template and then add the Subscription Form code in that template.
