How to Change Font for Widgets area

Hi All,

I am having a difficulty to change the font of the text in the widgets area.
I have asked the same question here, and Movin told me to add this to my child theme;

#secondary .widget ul {
    font-family: Arial,'Montserrat',serif;

However, things didn’t change. According to the developer tool, it correctly reflects the font style, but the actual blog doesn’t reflect the proper font.

What I want to change is the font of ; 1.) Category names, 2.) Body Text in the widgets, 3.) Post dates and Time, 4.)Text in the search box and Archive calendar.

I believe there should be a way to make a change to all of them all at once. I can’t just find it right now.
Please share any ideas that you might come up with.

The Blog:

Huge Thanks in advance!
I really like the design of Activello, and enjoy customizing it very much.

Hi @wsbi,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You can try achieving this by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Activello Options -> Other -> Custom CSS

#secondary .widget:not(.zoom-social-icons-widget) *{
    font-family: Arial,'Montserrat',serif;

It seems some of the widgets on your site already use this font so they don’t have any effect therefore you have to change the above font to make difference. Also the language you are using on your site is not English so the font change have only minor difference.

Best Regards,
