You can resolve this by changing your permalink structure.
To do this Go to settings > permalinks and select post name and save.

Permalink structure is ok, it and only it is in English with older and newer posts text.

Where to change older and newer posts translation, everything else is in Estonian language already.

Also it already was post name that in Estonia means postituse nimi (picture added).
Post name=Postituse nimi.

Simple plugin which allows you to Translating WordPress pagination URL (from “page” to anything else).
