How to change text in the comments section

Hi! Thank you very much for this wonderful Theme! I really enjoy using it for my blog.

Recently, I’ve noticed that the Comments section under each of my blog posts is in standard English. Since my blog is in Russian, I would like to change the text there into Russian too.

I’ve looked at solutions for similar requests you have posted for other users, but inserting the custom css code you sent them did not change anything on my website.

Could you please help me? I would like to change the bits of text inside the red ovals in the screen shot. My website is www.cosmetiqua.com
