How to change text language on READ MORE and RELATED ARTICLES button

Hi

How can i change the language of the “Read More” and “Related articles”-buttons on the front page and blog-section in Illdy theme?

These two buttons are the only elements on my page that still are in English, the rest of the site/buttons are in Norwegian.

When i like to change for example the wording of phone on the contact page.
Whats the text domain string?

Is here no example specially for the read more text button? Cant find the output string.

Please go to Settings > Text Changes and add a new text change then use the settings in the image attached.
