How to change the hero image/ jumbotron image.

I cannot change the hero image/ jumbotron image. See on the screenshot, there is no jumbotron edit option as recommended in your youtube video. How to Setup Jumbotron / Hero Image For Illdy Theme - YouTube

Jumbotron option under customize doesn’t exist. What should I do?

Now I have some other issue. The website I have been updating doesn’t show. See the screenshot. It shows on my Safari. It doesn’t show on explorer and it doesn’t show on my phone.

Look at the screenshot, please. The same web address doesn’t show the same thing on both screens.
