I wanted to know if there is a defined way to contribute to themes you developed. I updated french translation accordingly to the last 1.3.0 revision, but I would to know if there is a place to make a Git pull request, or any other way to contribute to translations or theme code without sending files or patches by email ?

I just pushed it on Github and you can feel free to create Git pull requests there.
Of course sending emails is also acceptable since not everyone is familiar with Github and Git.
