First let me say what a great theme “Sparkling” is.
We are in the process of optimizing the layout of our website for mobile views.
We already have a primary menu for desktop and tablet views (see attached screenshot).
The same menu appears when clicking the mobile menu button (see attached screenshot).
How can we customize the mobile menu without changing the desktop and tablet menu?

I want to have a completely different set of links in the mobile menu.

Well, everything is possible but for the completely different menu on mobile theme options is not enough, you need to customize theme functions to have a different menu on mobile devices, you may also find third-party plugins that have different menus for mobile devices
