Call For Action is ok, I found it in Dazzling options menu. Now I’d like to display it on every page. Is there an option for that ?
If you want to display existing call to action button on all pages then you can do so by developing custom code referring the solution posted in the following topic.

2) The 66 X 300px size of the logo is very restrictive to me. How can I display it bigger (140px height) without breaking the header + navigation layout ?
