How do I get the red square ‘colorlib’ that we can see in the theme preview?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
That is just a featured image containing colorlib text https://colorlib.com/sparkling/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2014/03/colorlib-logo-slider-750x410.jpg
You can set the featured image for the post so that it will display like that on posts listings page.
