How to increase width of the WordPress sidebar for Sparkling theme?

Hi,

This is an awesome theme and I have been using it for my blog for past three weeks.

I just have a couple of questions regarding the theme.

  1. How to increase the width of the sidebar? Though the side bar is intended to be of 300PX width, I find it short by 3 to 5 pX. Please tell me where is the option to increase the width.

  2. How to make the menu sticky? If possible in the next update, please add an option to do this.
