I want to add menu on header of the theme (dazzling)
I have plan to place the second of menu just below of the first menu (Attached) .
I try to locate the second menu with widget ,
but cannot place on header , Just can locate on the sidebar
What should I do ?
should I use plugin ?
add code or something ?
help me please ,

You have to create child theme of Dazzling theme and develop custom code in it to display second menu in the navigation.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
