How to select which categories will show in the Sparkling categories widget?

Hi,
I see there is an option to choose the number of categories to be shown in the Sparkling categories which, but how can I select which categories will show ?

There isn’t a theme option for this.
You can try using a plugin such as this one to achieve that.
