How to style Contact Section and Footer Section

I use your Shapely theme for my https://suninnovate.com. Below are my queries. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

  1. Please advise how to style my Contact Section’s Contact Form to be similar to the attached screenshot. I tried but to no avail the CSS shared by Matthew Hodge (https://matthew-hodge.com/).

  2. How to change Footer’s Color or add a background image?

  3. Within Footer, how to add a ‘Privacy Policy Page’ label & link that to a Privacy Policy Page?
