How to target a specific parralax section.

Hi, great theme. Thanks for making it available.
I want to add a border around the texe on my “home section” (the first parralax section)
How can I target just a specific parralax section?

I’ve attached a screen shot of what I want, but this css adds it to all the parralax sections.
