How to translate the theme into a different language?

Hey there,

first of all thank you for that great theme.

My problem is though that there is a lot of english text in it and I want to translate it into German. For example in the search bar it says “Search…” or for the comments “Leave a comment” but I want to change that into German. In the documentation it doesn’t say how to fix that, can you please tell me how and where I do that?

Hey there,

This theme is already translated into German and you don’t need to do it on your own. For other themes you can follow this detailed tutorials.

The only thing that you need to do is to switch language to German and you can do it via Settings - General - Site Language.

Please note that it will change language for your WordPress dashboard and not just theme. Also this will work only if you have the latest WordPress version (4.1) installed.
