How to Turn Off Page Comments

How can I turn off Page comments in Travelify? I’ve read the help section under the Theme Instructions where it tells you to look for the Discussion box underneath the Post Editor Box, but I don’t SEE a discussion box. It says it might be disabled but that I can turn it on via Screen Options but can’t find Screen Options either !

I remove all comment code.
