How to upload widget - error message

Hi!

I am trying to upload the Shapely widget but it this error message is coming up:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Prior to this, I installed the demp upload - I then try to change the site settings from blog to website as per the instructions but it isn’t giving me an option to do this so I assume this has something to do with the above issue?

Upon which step this error shows up?

It is either the zip file is invalid in that case download the zip file again and see that fixes the issue,

or the WordPress directory don’t have enough space, in that case, can you try to contact your webhost and ask about the space details?
