I am not able to use shortcode

Hi there,

I am using Illdy theme and need some custom effects for my website so, i am using third party plugins but shortcodes are not working on this theme. It’s showing direct shortcode text not output of shortcode. kindly help me out for the same.

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question :slight_smile:
The field is only accepted raw text without shortcode, it will not work here, unfortunately, you have to change approach or customize the theme
