I can't change the background image and it's driving me nuts!

Can anyone tell me how to change the background image? I’ve looked at all the info, tried it all and nothing works.

Hi,

You want to change this girl image in the Jumpotron? If so, go to Appearance -> Customize -> Front Page Sections -> jumbotron Section, scroll a little bit below and you will see the Background tab, http://take.ms/D3zFH change the image from there.

Hello!!
I also can not change the background image or the colors. I have not been able since yesterday. What is happening to me? Yesterday there was a drop-down on the tabs and today I cant.
Can this be a problem with the update?

Is this happen after update? can you try disable all the plugins except illdy-companion and refresh the cache and see that fixes things?

If not, please pass us the WP Login details in a Private Reply, we will check what is going wrong in it.
