Hi,
I’m trying to add my social links to the sidebar and bottom of the page but it doesn’t seem to work! I can do it for facebook, twitter and instagram but as soon as I try to add pinterest or my email they don’t show up and it just leave a blank gap where the icon should be and I’m not sure why because it says somewhere that Activello supports pinterest and email for social icons/widgets??

The icon should appear, please go to dashboard > Updates and ensure that you have installed all the pending updates there then provide us a link to the pinterest page so that we can test it in the menu.

What about my email, have I been typing that in wrong too? I put mailto: and then my email address
If you have inserted links to your social networks but the according social icons are not displaying as expected, this can have several reasons. Please ensure that the URL to your preferred social network is correct and make sure that the social icon is supported and you have assigned the menu to the correct menu slot.

In relation to your question here, Email is not a supported. Only social icons are supported within the social navigation.
