Is there a way to add a link to a bio page for the individual team members on the Front Page Team Sidebar? I love the layout of the team section but would like to link them to a page that I can give more info about my team.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t come with this feature.
What I can do at this point in time is put in a feature request to the developer for consideration.
If it is important that you have this feature, I suggest hiring a freelance developer to assist with this customization, as modification of theme files to change design and functionality are outside the scope of support.
If you do have some codling knowledge, you could the following plugin to add anchor tags around the profile elements to the page. Real-Time Find and Replace – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
