Illdy Customizer Is Blank

Whenever I click on Appearance > Customize, I just see a blank white screen and 2 option, Empty Widgets and Illdy documentation. And nothing else, no customizing options. Just a blank white screen.
I tried doing :-

  1. Unintalled Jetpack (Problem Not Resolved Yet)
  2. Uninstalled every plugin except illdy companion (Problem Not Resolved Yet)
    Current WP Version 4.9.2
    Kindly look at the screenshot that I have attached below.

Did you make any changes or updates to WordPress or the theme before this error occurred?
