They are showing when I am logged in but when Im not logged in. It isn;t showing them.

If this does not work then contact your hosting provider and have them ensure that you are using PHP version 5.6 or higher.

The Cache didn’t work. I have PHP 7.0. What else could it be?
Not likely server side. Everything was fine up until an update about 8 months ago when it broke.
I need this to be fixed. I am not happy with no response.
