There is no size limit even though I previously saw some malfunctions (due to server maybe?) if you use extremely big pictures when unnecessary.
Just try to re-upload the team photo picture with a smaller size picture and see if it’s working alright.
If not, please create a separate thread and provide temporary admin dashboard access via a private message so I can have a closer look.
